  • Work authorization proof necessary

3. Employer Obligations

Client companies must:

  • Provide accurate job descriptions
  • Comply with all labor laws
  • Timely communication regarding candidate status

4. Fees & Payments

Staffing fees are due within 15 days of invoice. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate agreements with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable.
